It's About Time....

I was just reading my friend's blog a couple of days back when I vaguely remember having signed up for a blog as well about a year back....sadly ever since signing up to be a blogger I have not posted anything at all on my blog spot:(

So here goes...my first foray into the blogging world....and my mind is drawing a blank....not sure what to write or how to go about writing it...so I guess I will start by telling you a bit about myself. I am a female who is fast approaching the big 3-0 (arggghhh....) and I am currently writing this blog from work (hahaha...) I sure as heck hope that my boss is not reading this...Anyways, I am about 5 feet 6 inches and somewhat on the skinny side. I have got black shoulder length hair which is way overdue for a hair cut. If you choose to follow my blog you will come to realise a few things about me, namely, I love to eat, I am an avid reader and I have a huge passion for fashion. So if you love your food, love your books and love your clothes this is the blog for you!!

Anyways I have just started a new job about a month back and I am still in the honeymoon stage of the job...the begining where you are still learning and there is nothing much thrown at you, which explains why I have the free time to write this post while at work..:)

Tonight I am going to catch Confessions of a Shophaholic with some friends...can't wait...just the mere thought of it is making me jump up and down in my seat. I have read the entire Shophaholic series by Sophie Kinsella and I can sooooooooooooooo relate to Becky Blooomwood....

Oh yeah and just in case I forgot to mention earlier, I am also a huge movie buff. I will watch just about anything much to the dismay of my boyfriend who gets dragged by me to the cinema to watch pretty much anything be it good or bad. Last night we just watched "The International". The movie was meant to be a thriller but like I said to my boyfriend half-way through to the movie - "This thriller is not very thrilling".

Ooohhh look at the time....it is almost time for me to get off work...so I better sign off for now....will write more tomorrow...:)
